Holiday information

Check-in, Check-out:
Your apartment will be ready from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival (please let us know your arrival time approximately 45 minutes before you arrive). On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us by phone or WhatsApp.

Holidays with dogs
Although we are very fond of animals, pets are not permitted in the apartments.

Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

Holiday cancellation insurance:
Unexpected events can always happen. In this case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge and the deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed booking price will be charged.
From 2 days before arrival, as well as in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or failure to arrive, the full booked stay will be charged.

Price information

The listed prices are per apartment, per night, based on the stated minimum occupancy (2 or 6 people)

The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.50 per night and person aged 14 and over, payable on site.

A final cleaning fee of €80 or €150 will be charged after your stay, depending on the apartment booked.
